Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, perfumes, candles, reed diffusers, and other fragrance products that have been opened, used, sprayed, unsealed, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that they are in their original condition, packaging, and seals.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Maison Gia within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number together with clear photographs or videos of the product and its packaging so that we can assess the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Change of Mind

We are unable to accept returns of opened or used fragrance products due to a change of mind, personal preference, or because the fragrance does not suit your taste.
