Maison Gia is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

However, purchases made from the Maison Gia store are transactions directly between you and Maison Gia.

Shopify is not the seller of Maison Gia products and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for Maison Gia products or transactions between you and Maison Gia.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
